Is it easy to return items?
Yes! Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email.
What is the shipping cost?
Requests for exchanges or store credit will be given free shipping on returns. Requests for refunds will be a flat return shipping fee of $6.00 deducted upon return.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your items are inspected by the store, you'll get your refund typically within 3-5 business days.
Can I do an Exchange?
Yes! You may choose just to exchange for another size of the same item, or you can "FIND SOMETHING NEW" and click on anything else you would like. You will be charged or credited back any differences in price. Once your return package is scanned by USPS, your exchange order will be released. To make sure you get the items you requested, returning your package ASAP will be the best way. We do not hold onto exchange request items, and if something does get sold out by the time of request and you drop off the return package, you will receive a refund on those items. Also note, you are unable to process an exchange on an exchange. If you process an exchange and you do not want the exchange anymore, it will have to be filed as a return at that point.
What items are returnable?
- Items purchased in the last 40 days that are in resellable condition. Please be courteous with handling our items.
What items are non-refundable?
- Accessories and other items marked final sale will not be eligible for return.
- Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
- Worn, washed, damaged, no tags, and/or dirty items, including swimwear with no hygiene liner, will be denied refunds.
How do I return a Gift?
Click on the Gift Return button at the bottom of the return portal to process a gift return! No one will know you are returning anything and you will receive store credit directly and free return shipping.
I have multiple returns from different orders. Can I return them together?
Instead of signing in with your order number and Zip code, click the option to sign in with your email address instead! You will be directed through an email and can click on multiple items from different orders, as long as those orders are still within the return window.
